Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Description Full of flavor, this power smoothie bowl is a sure win any day of the week.
Ingredients
½ c. ice
½ c. Greek yogurt (plain, strawberry, pineapple, vanilla, or coconut)
¼ c. frozen pineapple chunks ¼ c. frozen peach chunks
½ c. frozen strawberries
¼-1/3 c. orange juice
Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
2 tbsp. flax, chia, coconut blend (optional)
For the toppings
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries, halved
Fresh peach, sliced
Coconut granola
Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Preparation
Place all ingredients for the smoothie in the bowl of blender, placing the heaviest ones on top. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and top with fruit, granola, almonds, coconut and chia seeds. Enjoy immediately.
